Do you do Firearm Appraisals?YES, We offer a complete Appraisal for your firearms. Appraisals are very useful for insurance claims if you ever need to file one, and are also helpful for valuation for purposes of estate sales and inheritance. Starting Price is $58.00.

What is required for a Firearm or Ammunition Purchase?For all firearms or ammo you must be 21 years of age and older. Proof of purchase is required. Payment using one of JS Firearms Sales & Accessories, LLC's accepted forms of payment. Current Valid Arizona Drivers License

Do you sell to Law Enforcement?We sell both Firearms and NFA Items to Law Enforcement; Retail Sales; Private Security Firms; Other FFLs; Distributors; and Manufacturers.

Can I obtain a copy of my ATF Form 4473?NO. This form is solely for the Licensed FFL, ATF and the FBI.

When will you ship the firearm I have ordered?For Credit Card or Electronic Payment most items ship out next day.

Can I use my Curio and Relic FFL License to make a purchase?Yes, if your purchase falls within the scope of that license pursuant to ATF rules and regulations. Legal sales using your Curio and Relic License, often referred to, as a collectors license, will be shipped to your home. No shipment is made to a P.O. Box or Business Address A signed copy of your Curio and Relic License must be emailed to JS Firearms Sales & Accessories, LLC at bestbuy4guns@gmail.com before any shipment can be made. Also required is a copy of your Driver’s License; Phone Number; and Email Address

If I live out of state, how do I purchase a firearm from you?You must provide us with the name, address and telephone number of the Licensed FFL in your state to receive your firearm.

Do you sell NFA Items, Destructive Devices, Suppressors, SBRs, etc.?Yes, JS Firearms Sales & Accessories, LLC holds a Class 7 FFL License with an SOT.

What is required to purchase a Firearm?You MUST fill out an ATF Form 4473 in the presence of someone at JS Firearms Sales & Accessories, LLC location - No online pre printed forms are accepted In Arizona you must have a valid current Arizona Driver’s License Arizona - state IDs are not accepted If you live in Arizona and have a current Concealed Carry Permit, no FBI NICS background check is required. If you do not have a concealed carry permit, an FBI NICS Background check is required, no exceptions, and of you fail, you cannot purchase any type of Firearm

Can I purchase a Firearm for someone else?No. Straw purchases are illegal.

Do you accept Purchases through Gun Broker?YES, we accept purchases from all Licensed FFL Dealers.

What happens if I do not pass the FBI background check?If you are ‘Denied’ FFLs are required to give you the FBI NTN Assigned Number, you can contact the FBI for disposition If the FBI places a ‘Hold’ and after the waiting period you are Denied, contact the FBI You may have to come back a second time to pick up your Firearm if the FBI places a Hold on the Firearm then releases in a few days
